We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for our client.

• Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overarching business objectives
• Facilitate communication between management and employees to address requests, grievances, and other concerns
• Administer the recruitment and hiring process
• Foster the growth, engagement, motivation, and retention of personnel to meet present and future business requirements
• Establish and supervise HR strategies, methodologies, techniques, and protocols throughout the organization
• Cultivate a supportive and constructive work environment
• Supervise a performance evaluation system that encourages excellence
• Manage compensation packages and benefits schemes
• Identify training needs and oversee training initiatives
• Provide management with HR metrics and decision-making support
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements in all aspects of human resource management

• Proven working experience of at least three (3) years as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
