Our client, a leading fin tech with a platform for safe, secure, and prompt gift cards and crypto transactions, is seeking to hire an HR Manager in Lagos.

Job Overview The Human Resources Manager is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to all the company's employees. Your duties include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll, and behavior, and onboarding new employees, as well as other duties assigned by the management team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Organize training and development programs to improve employee performance, and help them acquire new skills and knowledge for improved job performance and increased job satisfaction.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws, internal policies and industry standard.
  • Design and implement company policies and procedures, enforce compliance and lead disciplinary procedures.
  • Oversee organizational hiring process and act as the go-to person for all employee related issues.
  • Implement competitive compensation benefit packages to attract and retain top talents.
  • Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, bonuses, etc, and manage employee compensation program.
  • Facilitate performance management process to provide feedback, set goals, and build a future roadmap for employees.
  • Manage recruitment and selection process but sourcing for talents, writing job descriptions and preparing interviews.
  • Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Support employee health and safety by assessing potential risks and supplying staff members with protection and first aid responses.
  • Ensure strategic recruitment and effective onboarding, provide training and development plans, and facilitate seamless performance management processes.
  • Oversee staff attendance and absence monitoring, and provide detailed HR reports to senior management teams.
  • Shape and maintain organizational culture, therefore, creating a positive impression of the company to all employees, be the custodian of the company culture among employees.
Requirements 
  • Bachelor's degree or above in human resources management or related field;
  • Must have at least 3-4 years of Fintech experience.
  • Familiar with relevant national policies, laws, and regulations;
  • Strong ability to plan and execute;
  • Have affinity, strong motivation, communication, coordination, team leadership, responsibility, dedication;
  • Have good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, communication skills and ability to solve complex problems.
