Job vacancy Logistics Manager

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to manage our client’s fleet of cars. We need someone with facility management experience.  The person will be responsible for the Hotel’s fleet and drivers, taking care of the Hotel’s grounds and the people working on the grounds and liaising with the staff bus contractor regarding fueling and payment arrangements.  

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, fleet of cars, hotel facilities, and customer services
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements

• Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
• Record of successful facility management and logistics management
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
• Proficient in standard logistics software
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• BS in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain
