i was expecting a home delivery since 16th of June and till today am yet to receive my goods or even a call from them, av lost sales nd money because of them, their number never go through when i called. Most terrible company av ever seen, can nevver recommend them to anybody

I do not recommend this courier coy to anyone...they are very very unreliable. For two weeks now, I’ve been waiting for my item from lagos to Abuja. Tranex is really pathetic!

I wanted Zero stars - but the system would not let me. A document that left Asaba on Tuesday morning for Abuja and I was told it would arrive on Wednesday has still not arrived. It is now Friday, after 3pm. I have been calling several times since they NEVER call to find out what is happening. And now, having taken my money, they no longer answer the phone. What have I done wrong? Paid for a very important document that was needed YESTERDAY to be delivered to me. I do NOT recommend this courier service. Not at all.

Their services are really poor, they take forever to deliver, i sent documents through them from Abuja to Lagos,on a wednesday and it was not delivered till monday of the following week after i was told it will be delivered by friday and the documents was delivered wet to the receiver The online tracking system does not even work. If those documents are damaged beyond use they should be expecting a law suit on their hands.
