Very poor service delivery. Travelling from Abuja to umuahia, car spoilt after lokoja by 2am in the night. The management is saying we have to wait till they send mechanic from Abuja to lokoja to fix the car before we continue the journey. Till now 8 am they have not seen mechanic to send to lokoja, when will he even reach. We are stranded in the bush since 2am. Very heartless ppl FG ONYENWE is total embarrassment. I got other cheaper options but decided to try you guys, I am so so disappointed ????

Boarded the bus at Berger for the first time in my life... Never trying it again, bus broke down 4 consecutive times on the road before the final breakdown before Okada around 6pm in the evening... We called the manager but he yelled at us saying we had no right to call him and hung up on us.. a good Samaritan gave us a ride to Benin bypass.... All I need is my refund, I won't waste 9k on an incomplete and miserable journey

Your courier service is the worst, the car always spoils and after more than a week i was asked to go to onitsha and pick my goods when i have already paid for it to get to Aba

We left MazaMaza by 11pm after I called the manager yelling on the phone since I had been there since 6pm smh.

The manager was drinking and insisting we would not leave till the bus was full not mindful of the time factor since we were told we would leave by 7pm

So I boarded the night bus at Maza-maza to Abuja after missing my flight at the airport on the 29/07/2019 and that was one of the worst decisions I ever made.
Firstly I was there at 6pm because I was promised we would leave by 7:30pm and I wanted to be on time.
Boy was I wrong ?
WE FINALLY LEFT THE PARK BY 11:30pm and by 12:00am we were still at Oshodi.

Around 9pm I was fuming and I wanted to know what the hold up was about so I met the manager drinking just outside the bus with his cronies WHO WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE and he tells me he still has 2 empty seats and the bus wasn’t moving till the seats fill up.
I was dumbfounded. I had to get the number of a manager online who promised to call the manager and make sure we leave immediately but even him had no headway.

We finally left after they scrounged up passengers by 11pm and by then I knew I was in for a very terrible experience.

When we reAched Zuba the driver stopped and made us wait for minutes so the owners of the waybill parcels will pick them up instead of them to do the right thing and pick them up at the office further delaying us.

After conversing with my fellow passengers I discover that it’s their modus operandi.
They are noted for LAZINESS, TARDINESS, SLOPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE, DRUNKENESS OF THEIR MANAGERS.
The only people to make it bearable for me was the online manager I talked to who called my by 11am when I got into Abuja and the driver who sped as much as he could.

Suffice to say I will NEVER BE USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Im sure I will not get a response from their management. I’m hopeful they will prove me wrong

Late departure.
They show you very Good vehicles when you've come to book but load you in a tricycle when it's time for you to travel.
They always inflate their prices.
Their AC is only Good in the morning it gets turned off at night.
They always lie about where they're headed for and either loads you in a different vehicle halfway or dump you by the roadside like they did to me.
It was a sorrowfully bitter and regretted experience for me.
Never in my life would me or my descendants board their vehicles

FG Onyenwe motors Nigeria limited has been one of the best transport company in Nigeria with alot of subsequent comfortability planned for the best of passengers.FG transport company is one the famous TC known for a long time without collapse,frequent accident,violence between the drivers and persengers,extra charges and so on and has almost been located round the country like Lagos,kanu,onitsha,Enugu etc.FG Onyenwe is based on luxurios and small buses terms of transport.
He is a good man that cares for comfortability of people not only making money.fG onyenwe motors Nigeria limited is the best,try and testify and there will be no regret.
