Why does Nigerian Bag Manufacturing Co Plc have questions dating back to 2017 and "NO ANSWER YET" on their inquiry portion of their website?

I made purchase enquiry from one Mfon C Amah who is listed on your website as a contact person since 23 February 2018 and till now, despite several telephone and email chases - No reply.

HE DOESNT EVEN ANSWER MY CALLS NOW!!!
YET I AM LOOKING TO BUY BAGS OOO!!! NOT SOLICITING FOR CREDIT OR ASKING A FAVOUR.

This company's consumer relations is very poor AND NEEDS COMPLETE OVERHAUL.
