Review My experience in rescheduling

The services of your airline is poor. My flight was cancelled, and so I had to reschedule another date and I have done my corona test twice yet your office kept on posting me. Which is so much annoying for over five day some of the service line are not going through and for those that are available no body is picking. If you where in my condition how would u rate yourself. Because right now I feel like I will look for another option that will not be so frustrating. Thank you
