Review of Adamac Group Of Companies

My personal experience is that this company has a huge potential to grow in Nigeria,
BUT the company needs a re-structuring in the level of Engineering Managers and Project Managers. Also these positions need to have more authority (financial and project wise) .Adamac should care about customer satisfaction .They should announce this restructuring to client companies ,so they can be involved more on the
Nigerian oil and gas projects. facilities, workshops, and vessels of this company is unique in the country, so why not?!!
