Review of Communication Trends Nigeria Limited (CTL TV)

Since I purchased Trend Digital Decoder and smart card,every bit of your service has been exceptionally okay,but since this guy in my neighbourhood started cable TV subletting,he just pay for one package,he connect many and receive monthly rentals,as he combines CTL,DSTV,MYTV,ie 3 network in one,as a result of this cable wire is scattered everywhere in my area and I have been having very poor signals,I dont know if this guy is the cause,and what would be done to avert this problem.
