Review Time Wasters with Terrible Client service

The owner is highly unprofessional, he asked me to send an email to get a procedure, i sent the email and received no response for 2 hours, i decided to whatsapp him, he read and ignored my messages until i called him out for wasting my time. He responded i was pestering him.
If you are too big to provide clients great service with time management then you are highly unprofessional.
