Review Poor customer care service

I bought two phones there from same person. I checked one well thinking the two are same cos of marketing strategy the sales girl used. When I got home I found out it was not same but when I went the next day to complain, the sales girl wasn't around and the one I met told me I have to pay #2,000 before I can get a replacement and even insulted me.
