Review Nepotism and lack of patriotism

With the growing concern of bad governance, it has clearly been defined as an amorphous situation, perpetrated by wicked and heartless people, in our society. My Dad, who currently serves the Nigerian correctional service, for almost 34 years, have been reported denied DUE promotion because of some people at the top of the service chain. With unbroken record of competence and flawless demonstration of commitment, some some would deliberately work towards halting is progress. This is the forth time, he is denied a promotion in this service for not defined reason, thereby making him look like a mediocre before his colleagues and juniors who have now, become his seniors... His name is 'FF GEORGE' currently serving in portharcourt, Rivers State (headquarters office, mile 4). I pray this post finds its way into the hands of relevant authorities. Many thanks
