Please inform your jibowu office to refund me the amount (********) that was charged for a parcel that was scheduled to be delivered to Port Harcourt and later didn’t go through as it was retrieved back from your office. You staff threatened to beat me up after several years of patronage because I requested for refund.

I beg you people to please refund the amount charged for that parcel.
