Inability to locate Mr. IMOH after payment for a piece of land
Mr. Imoh received a payment of 800,000 from me since 2010 for a plot of land in Lukere Estate since 2010 and ever since then, I've not been able to locate him as I was told they've moves out of sebuff plaza a very long time ago without further contact
