Question for ROYAL MAILS EXPRESS

Good day sir/madam i paid 3000 naira to wema bank acct because i was expecting a parcel from uk the acct details was given to me by a male voice puportedly from Royal Mail office Abuja on tel number ******** since then i have not heard anything regarding the mail.
