Question for INDEPENDENT NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION (INEC)

I registered for my Voter's card at Garrick secondary School in Benin City few years back. I didn't pick up the Permanent voters card before I relocated to Abuja.

I would like to enquire if its possible for the voters card to be transferred to one of your offices here in Abuja so as to avail me the opportunity to come and pick it up.
