Question for Parcel Force

Some parcel was sent to me on 28th of April by parcel force from UK but till this moment I have not received this parcel.i tried to track this parcel but there was no update since the date it was shipped.what can I do and where can I check for this parcel? Will this parcel go to post office or where.pls advice
