Question for Abuja Environmental Protection Board

I live in wuse zone 6 annaba street and there is a man who always turns on music every 6am disturbing the neighbourhood around the park. He is doing it in the name of exercise and creating noise pollution depriving other people. Can you please come and do something about this?
