Question for SportyBet Nigeria, Login, Sportybet Customer Care

I have enter my DOB and BVN twice now it keeps saying failed I even went to the bank to check it and it was correct why is saying failed.i have sent email with my documents to Nigeria.support@sportybet.com but no reply from them. What should I do now?
