Question for Fidelity Union Securities Limited

So my dad bought shares for me with access bank through fidelity union securities, since 2009, I have not been receiving dividend,even when it was still linked to my dads postoffice address nothing came,now its been linked to my fidelity bank account still haven't received nothing .what do I do about this?
