How can I access BOI loan, I have not registered my company? I want to start fish farming. I have built two fish ponds and I want to use my landed property as collateral.

I have registered company,how can I access BOI loan. I have build four (4) rooms with battery cage and about 4500 laying birds right now and the farm is located in Katsina state.
