Question for STANDARD LIFE ASSURANCE CO. LTD

I am Maj Innocent Azubuike Matthew. I serve in 26 Task Force Brigade in Gwoza Borno state. Please I would like to know why my money is not yet ready? I did a saving plan for 2 years(2016) which ended in April 18 and till date I have not heard from You? I also got a contact of one of your staff by name Mrs Nosike but she has refused to take my calls or even reply my messages. Please I need my money to sort out some administrative issue.
