Question for BRITISH COUNCIL

Good day, please help urgently. I wrote ielts exams on the 12th may 2018. On the 25th of may made it the 13th day for checking results online, but whenever I check with my details, it keep saying result not found. Its 3days past now and still showing result not found. What could be wrong?. Why is my result not been displayed. I filled my details correctly.
