what conditions did you meet to be registered/licensed for practice in Nigeria. I know that neither NACP nor NPA offer licenses for prospective practitioners.

In Nigeria, as long as you have Masters or PhD in a particular field of Psychology, you are eligible to practice as there is no governing body or association for Psychologists in Nigeria.
