Question for OCEANIC REGISTRARS LTD

I am Mr Oladele Emmanuel Adeleye, am a share holder of Dangote Flour Mill; i received some dividend which came late to my notice and already stale to claimed. The last dividend i received was in the year 2009. i discovered later that the UBA bank am using deducted almost all the dividend. Have closed the UBA Bank account since 2015. I want to notify the Dangote Flour Mill that have not paid my dividend since the year 2012 and that i will want to change my details with them.
