When is pencom going to pay me my 25%? I applied for it since on the first of March,today makes it 3weeks.I was told it takes two weeks.My no. PEN********

I am in the same situation. Its over 3 weeks since I submitted my request at Stanbic and they said they have been expecting approval from pencom. Is the approval process not automated? Is there anyone at pencom responsible for ensuring that requests are treated promptly? Or is it the usual way government business is treated?
