Question for ENUGU STATE MINISTRY OF WOMEN AFFAIRS & SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

My sister is married with four kids, but of recent her husband started behaving funny,in the sense of beating her,sleeping outside and starving the children most painful of them all is he denied the kids their examination for not paying their fee.please what can we do.we needs your help.
