Jobinpal was inspired by the fact that students should be at the center of the employment cycle. They believe that companies should be looking for students, not the other way around, and that students should be sought after, just like sports players are during transfer seasons. This would not only increase demand and the value of students to companies, but also create more entrepreneurs in each country, which is essential for economic growth. Jobinpal recognizes that a Curriculum Vitae is a good way to summarize a student's performance, but they believe that more data is needed for companies to properly assess the student before employment.
