I went to Online looking for a property agent to sell an investment property. I was overwhelmed by the number of agents that reached out. I interviewed several on the phone and had them view the house and give me their thoughts. I was selling the house in its 'as is' condition and was clear I did not want to do any work to it at all. Askwas gave what I thought was a fair and attainable listing price and understood I was selling it 'as is'. I signed an agent agreement with them. Askwas handled everything from start to finish and was unbelievably professional through the entire process. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for other properties I have to sell.
