CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
1) Interlocking Tiles, sandcrete/concrete blocks, Kerbstones.
We manufacture, sell and install all types/designs of interlocking tiles, sandcrete blocks and concrete kerbs.  we maintain a catalogue of interlocking designs or patterns for clients to choose from.
With our mobile equipment, we offer on-site manufacture of these products. This strategy eliminates the cost of transportation to site thereby making the products more affordable to customers.

HOLLOW SANDCRETE BLOCKS.
We produce two sizes of blocks - 150mm and 225mm with strength ranging from 1.8 N/mm2 (SON minimum requirement for non-load bearing blocks) to 3.5 N/mm2 (load bearing blocks). We use mix-design to arrive at these strengths. Basic materials inputs are sand, 10mm gravelly sand and cement, with mix ratio depending on target strengths to be achieved. The strengths are confirmed by crushing in our affiliate reputable approved laboratory.
The cost/unit price of our blocks depends on type, size and strength requirements, and are available on inquiry, direct or via out web site.
3) INTERLOCKING TILES. We produce basically two types of pavement stones – rough or smooth. These tiles come in different sizes ( thickness and shape ranging from 25-50mm, 60mm to 100mm)( rough and smooth) with varied strengths (25Mpa to 45Mpa), colours ( black, white, red, yellow), depending on customer’s taste, and use (compound , walkway, shop/mall, school, hospital, filling station and roads (major and minor), etc.
We customize our products to suit customer’s requirements or specifications. (see our web site for samples}
KERBSTONES. We produce different sizes, 100 and 150mm thick sizes or as may be specified by our client.
WHY WE ARE PREFERRED BY OUR CUSTOMERS.
1) On choice of materials – stones and blocks, we offer free recommendation to our clients. We also offer free interlocking designs to suit the property.
2) Materials Laboratory. As part of quality assurance and control we liaise with reputable laboratories for test of our sample products to assure our clients that our interlocking stones and blocks meet the appropriate standards/specifications.
3) We take spot levels at our proposed site for installation of pavestones to determine the topography for appropriate design recommendations. We also ensue 100% run off/drainage during and after installation of our tiles. We thus guarantee zero ponding, eroding and undermining of fill materials during rainfall thereby guarantying the durability of our works.
4) Control of weeds or grasses growth is reduced to the barest minimum by the superior technology employed in the manufacture and installation of tiles. Our tiles maintain a minimum average guaranteed compressive strength of 25- 30 Mpa.
5) On Large sites (5000 to 20000sqm. each batch (2000sqm of our tiles) comes with a certificate of average compressive strength of 25-30 Mpa or ± 3Mpa of the specified/compressive design strength.
6) We guarantee 5 years non deteriorating (breaking up of stones due to traffic) at sites where we are responsible for both tiles manufacturing and installation. Should the above occur, we shall fix at no extra cost to the client.
