My journey into customer service and product design may have taken a new turn as the year 2020 begins but I want to assure everyone, customers and colleagues that our vision and mission to strengthen our commitment to clients has never been questioned. Am grateful for the services rendered for and on behalf TELVIDA and as our relationship comes to the end by mutual consent, I can proudly declared that my reputation and Goodwill, which I gathered through hardwork, diligence and skills, was intact when I parted ways with TELVIDA.
Perhaps, some people may not be aware of the operations of my relationship with the owners of the company and it's important to stress that, as a professional system migrate Expert, my involvement in handling of finances are wholly the responsibility of the owners, therefore, had there been any queries or impropriety on finances, I can assure everyone that the owners are wholly liable.
Having honed my experience in system analysis over 30yrs in major countries in the world through customer feedbacks and recommendations, it's imperative that such guarded reputation is protected to enhance my chances and profile in seeking employment with another company. My experience with Telvida is best described as professionalism marred by internal politics which may have a negative effect on productivity.

However, for those we had come into contact with me through lectures, meetings and seminars, I will like to assure that my professional conduct is best assessed there not where financial dealing of the contract are discussed, that's the responsibility of the owners. Hence, I discovered that I was also a victim of these financial impropriety.

However, while I consider my next employment to continue delivering world-class customer service relationship, I want to assure you of my renew commitments to Excellence and learn from life experience of Tlevida.
