Types of maintenances scheme
1. Free Preventive Maintenances
This applies to organization that uses printer cartridges that is sourced from our company, all maintenance and repairs will be free, customers will have to buy replacement part alone if necessary. With proper preventive maintenance program in place you have dramatically fewer down times and more productivity. And, because it produces fewer service calls
2. Chargeable Maintenance
Under this scheme there is no standard contract,. We basically charge for all spare part replaced and labour cost. The customer has to pay for every services carried out on the equipment.
3. Flexible Maintenance Contract
This type of maintenance contract covers labour, oiling, and machine programme adjustment only. The customer shall pay for all spare part and consumables used in the course of maintenance over a agreed period of time .
4. Diamond Maintenance Contract Agreement

This maintenance contract covers Labour, Oiling, Equipment Programming, and spare part, but does not include machine consumables such as Printer Cartridges, drum, developers, heater, electronic and system boards. Over an agreed terms

5. Platinum Maintenance Contract Agreement
The terms of this contract is subject to the demand of the customers .
