MF8 HUB is a beautiful and cosy place to work, exercise, play and eat in the heart of Oluyole estate, Ibadan.
We have 4 sections:
1. A café (Fitcafe by MF8) which serves tea, coffee, sandwiches and wraps, fresh juices and smoothies, pasta, Parfait, fries, small chops and more.
2. A stylishly furnished meeting/events room that can seat up to 35 people without tables and up to 24 people with tables. This can be used for training, meeting, retreat, birthday, game night and so on.
3. A 9 seater workspace area and 1 private office. (Under construction)
4. A self serve mini gym with treadmills, step boards and tummy trimming equipment. We also offer outdoor fitness classes.
5. A mini spa where we offer services such as massage, facial treatment, sauna blanket therapy and more.
Let us host your meeting, hen night, games night, seminar, fitness party, summer camp and so on.

Friendly staff, great environment, fun and effective classes. Their massage is also very relaxing. I just wish that they have a bigger space.

My hips,laps and legs are too fat..pls can I get rid of those places at ur gymnastics center.
