Horrible experience at GTL Registrars today. The customer is no longer king as i was treated like a leper.
They refused to touch my documents talk less of accepting them.
Private and confidential information were being discussed in the open.
Forms one could fill and submit onsite were being advised to submit online despite being in theur office.
Horrible! Plain horrible experience.
Visited two other Registrars that day and got way better treatment
