I am so angry right now I've been seeing reviews on gig logistics,but now I've experienced first hand.
Your delivery services is so poor and slow and I'd never recommend GIGL to anyone.
Its getting to a week now
How long will it take to deliver a little Package.
Even traveling by myself to get it is faster than this nonsense you're doing.
Why run a logistic company if u can't handle it?

I happen to witness the rudeness and ill manners displayed by one of your drivers who almost ran into my cousin intentionally right in front of me.
He said abusive words like he was being forced to perform his job or like he wasn’t paid for it...

As a matter of fact, we just made our last mistake, it’s not happening again! Not when poorly trained drivers still work there.
Till that very day, I didn’t know men could stoop so low to being both petty and immature at the same time.
Please, for the sake of your company address him as soon as possible before any more damages are made!
Responsible and well trained drivers with proper home bringing will give you positive reviews.

A package was to be delivered to me yesterday, and the delivery kept calling for descriptions, immediately he saw me at the front of my house he almost ran me over with his bus and he started shouting at me. What nonsense, he said I’m forming big girl by giving him directions that next time I’ll come and collect my package from the bustop. I was confused and disappointed at same time. You guys need to do better.

The worst ever.poor customer service and poor delivery.This company should be closed as they are all clueless????.I placed an order since one week and after paying, till date no one is here to pickup the item.I called the customer service and it's like they are working for a different company as they are all clueless.Please never use this logistics company.The worst ever.

I sent package through GIG festac since 1 December till today being 11 December it was wrongly delivered the package that should be sent to calabar was sent to Awka and this package need to used on 13 December for my traditional marriage yet not delivered non of my ashebi people has made their dress uptill now and if is not delivered you must pay for the package you guys are terrible had I known that you are likethis I will not use the company rating zero

I got an sms from gigl saying package failed to deliver, and since then, no call, no sms to reschedule, nothing. Instead I’m calling them and the customer service is clueless as to what to do. This is more than 2 weeks of delay, I don’t recommend them at all

I regret ever using your company for delivery, I'm still think how long it really takes from Lagos to begin city, my package has been in transit since Friday, you guys are very poor , I swear to God , I will never in my life use your transport company again,if I don't get my package today, I swear I'm coming to that nonsense thing you guys call office, if there should a rank lower than 0 I swear that's what I will give you, nonesence

I sent a product yesterday and it should be delivered today because today is the day its needed..and still yet nothing...the same state and it still delays.......why do you people assure the sender that their receiver will get the product the day they ought to get it..it really devastating and heart breaking......am highly DISAPPOINTED in your management......this is my last time using your logistics...its a ZERO FOR ME

My goods has been in Lagos since last week and I’ve been tracking it but it still hasn’t gotten to me. I’m very disappointed in GIGL please I need my goods. If there’s anything less than one star that’s what I will rate you guys nonsense people.
