I made a waybill of my personal clothes this is third day I’m yet to receive it and I can’t leave where I am cause if cause there’s no clothes for to wear. Do something about y’all services please

Over a month now I requested a picked up, I got debited and till today its still saying a rider is coming to you, coming from where, 500BC? Pls pay me fast

The branch in Lekki phase 1, Wole Ariyo Street, I believe is exploiting customers all in the name of wood crate goods. The staffs frustrate the customer to force them to do the wood crate with them since the fees are paid to their pocket personally even after fulfilling this. I have already crated this myself with a professional carpenter.
The product is a mirror and very well packaged with foam board and also crated. From many encounters, they charge ridiculous fees for crating since it is not a service offered by the company but instead by their staffs. But because I didn't use their Carpenter this time they reject the goods. Here is proof ????????????????????????

Sha na leg una dey use deliver the package them ,? How you go use 5 day send something from Lagos come delta ? Na house I dey waybill you guys should work on your delivery timing and your service is as expensive as fuck I can't pay such an amount and still get complain ah why you people should work on it oh and I've not yet gotten my package ????

I booked my travel from Lagos (Maza - Maza, first gate Festac) to Abuja (Mandala) on Thursday 15/04/2021 (OX-8E4EC7OFF4-GIGM). On getting there there is no vehicle and I was forced to lodge in an hotel till the next day. The next day there was bus but the loaders did not put in my luggage. I only discovered on getting to Abuja. Again the bus stopped at Utakor instead of my destination - Mandala. I have complained to the terminal manager at Festac about my luggage, one Mr James (********) and up till date nothing has been done about it.When I told him I will make a formal complain he said I should go ahead and do my worst.

Yes I said it. The company should fold up since it can’t do exactly what it has been created for. Sent a package to Kano from Lagos, it was bad enough that the fee was really exorbitant, worse that I was told they would deliver in 3-4days. After a week, the receiver had to go to virtually all their offices in Kano as they kept tossing him around before he could finally pick up. Not a call was put across to him that the package had arrived. You can’t even have any time bound deal, they will ruin you. Bunch of incompetent lots!
I only gave you one star because my review won’t be accepted without one. You don’t even deserve dust not to mention a star!

I've had my goods down at their office for over 4 days, just for them to send my goods down to me,funny enough the distance from their office to my address is barely a journey but I keep calling the supposed customer care lines and all they do is lie and say my goods has been with a dispatch rider since on the 2nd lol and today is 6th...what kind of company is this,my client(sender) is starting to think I'm the one who doesn't want to complete the job not knowing it's the company that the parcel was sent with that are full of incompetence....being honest with ur customers at least is a plus but u guys jst b lying and putting customers call on hold wasting their airtime all to no avail.

I'm so disappointed & not happy with your see. I was at GIG Logistics, Gbagada on March 26th 2021 to deliver to the USA but unfortunately it's 8 days now April 2nd 2021 & my goods have not been delivered to the USA. Please why & what's the delay?

I might not be using the logistics company anymore, I sent a package on a Mon, as at on a Fri they are yet to receive, just from Lagos to pH, they told me three days, it's obviously 5

The delivery guy is worse than anything u can compare...my shipment was supposed to be delivered a day before but failed to I didn't complain..then today he called me wasnt with my phone so I met 2 missed calls which I called bk only for him to tell me he already left my area that he can't turn back and I even said sorry for not picking up in time this guy had to reply if that's how he turns bk Everytime that how many people will he deliver to? Now he's with my goods and refused to deliver ********
