Terrible experience with the staffs. ????????
In fact if there's anything below 1 star that's what this company deserve, criminals and wicked set of people. You people only care about the money you make and don't give a fuck about your customers, Staffs in Ajah, lagos terminal ( Essien Regina, Val and the manager) it won't be well with you people. After many years with this company and i still got this type of ill treatments from GIGM Ajah, Lagos.

Poor services at airport
I went to send small parcel to abeokuta,,,,they didn't even weigh it,,,,they just bill me 4000 naira,,,I even ask if is door to door,,,they said they don't do door to door in abeokuta,, was even complaining about my charges somebody brought small letter,envelop,,, they charge him 4500,,, the guy walked away,,,if this how they are going to lose customers ,,,they have lost me already

I can't stop laughing oooo.....Their service are so expensive... that's why they don't have customers like before....they have used high price and their staff doesn't have a good customer service....they talk anyhow like an Ashaaa

Not living up to Reputation!
The vehicle I booked online for 8:00am arrived past 8 and the trip itself began much later.


Then the bus itself was a disappointment. The seats were dirty, worn and uncomfortable, and to top it, the AC was almost non-existent.

We were literally suffocating in the heat. This does not make sense at all. I know buses from Lagos can be very nice so I am wondering, do you offer discriminatory services?

Refund for services not rendered
I need a refund of the fare paid as Akowonjo terminal said that they can’t do anything about it.

Bad experience with your services
My son took God is Good bus today at Akowonjo terminal Lagos to Enugu today 7th January 2020 only for the vehicle to spoil at Berger area. A second bus was called up from Jibowu for this one to break down at Ore. Right now 7.00pm passengers are looking for another vehicle as no effort is coming from GIG.
This is very disappointing.

GIG is now a pure scamming transport company , I swear don't ever try to trust them in any way, first they'll sell your seat at higher price to a customer that may come late, they'll then ask you to change the bus. And if you there try it they'll end xropping you at onitsha while you're going to Enugu.
The worst part is that they'll staff are school drop outs and behaves very rude. Especially the fair guy current at festac branch, he fought my friend and refused to return our money after we've paid and they said no bus yet until it was getting to late. I've had a very bad experience with the so called GIG that I wouldn't even rate them 1 star. Their staffs studied criminology ????????

This transport company is trash
The transport company is trash, their customer service is trash, the time they waste to load is a whole lot, the drivers are rude. They don't even give you reasons as to why you're waiting. Going from lagos to port Harcourt, we waited for two fucking hours before the bus moved and they weren't even slightly apologetic or apologetic in any way. I'll never use this company again even if it's the last one
I'd rather reschedule. THE MOST USELESS POPULAR TRANSPORT COMPANY.j

Dissatisfaction
Firstly I’ll like to say this company is such a big disappointment. This is my very first time using its delivery service after much hype. A schedule is a schedule. You cant schedule a delivery at a particular day and call at the very end of the day telling you it will be delivered another day. This is very disappointing. You are doing a business, I am also doing a business. So you can come and change a schedule which was set in order for it to fit your own interest. -1 rating for this company.
