SIGMA SECURITIES LIMITED was incorporated on 30th May, 1995 as a Limited Liability Company under the Nigeria’s Companies and Allied Matters Decree 1990.

The Company is duly registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission as a broker dealer and was also granted a Dealing Membership license by the Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange on 26th July, 1995. This license allows the company to act as stock brokers in Nigeria

The company commenced operation with an Authorised Share Capital of =N=5,000,000 (Five million Naira) divided into 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 50k each on 1st April, 1997 as a specialist stockbroking investment company and provider of active investment products and services to both institutional and individual investors. Today with a Share Capital of =N=800,000,000 (Eight Hundred Million Naira) divided into 1,600,000,000 ordinary shares of 50k each the company is well positioned to provide excellent services to its clients.
