ABOUT US

People’s First Consult (PFC) was registered and incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 on 3rd July, 2014. The company has a close affiliation to BeamLight Foundation, a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on 31st May, 2012.
People’s First Consult (PFC) is a Learning, Training and Development outfit. We offer a variety of programmes that aptly suit the need of the organization and the individual worker/staff. Our greatest priority is to ensure that our clients get excellent value for their time and money with a feeling of fulfillment.
Our teaching and delivery methodology are rooted in exemplary practical; that is to say, a framework that can be easily learnt and adopted. Our training sessions are facilitated by well experienced, disciplined and practicing professionals whose wealth of experience cut across the fields of banking, accounting, human resources management, education et cetera.

OUR UNIQUENESS
People’s First Consult (PFC) is set up to help both the employers and employees achieve fulfillment. A dissatisfied worker will not be able to maximize profit for his or her employer; while an organization full of unhappy and unfulfilled workers will not be able to attain its full growth potential. The causes of this unhappiness and dissatisfaction may not be limited to job insecurity, low motivation, low line of sight (not being able to tie future hope to what you are currently doing), work-related stress, low pay but, also to the fear of the uncertainty of the future. This uncertainty and bleakness of life is as a result of not knowing how and when to actually start planning for the future. Millions of Naira in an employee account may not necessarily douse this fear of the unknown.
People’s First Consult (PFC), is set out to clear this mist by showing practically to the average worker and employer that the future is not “bleak” but “blissful”.
