Founded in 2009, Nixero Enterprises is a registered company by the Nigerian Corporate Affirs
Commission (CAC) with a registration number of RC 003761. Nixero Enterprises is a subsidiary company
to Nixero Group, which is the parent company to host of other subsidiaries operating in diffrent business ecosystems, and Nixero Enterprises focuses on providing IT services to clients.

It was founded by young, talented and vibrant entrepreneurs who have excelled in diffrent business
domains, and now have brought their expertise together to provide quality services to companies for
better performance. The founders have worked in several successful projects, cutting across diffrent
business domains such as ICT, Business Management, Agriculture Mechanization, International Business
Collaborations, Marketing and Branding, Social Networking, Systems Integration, Health Database
Management System and Government Ministries.

Nigerian and international business ethics, and explores and exploits these two business cultures in order
