The company was incorporated on the 3rd October 1997 as a limited liability company to carry on the business of general marketing and blending of lubricants and other petroleum and allied product. The company commenced business on the 16th of November, 1997. Ammasco International Limited is one of the biggest and fastest-growing Independent Lubricant blending Plant in Nigeria. The company has an ultramodern Lubricant Plant in Kano for the blending of all brands of Lubricants. The plants have an installed blending capacity of 79,000 MT/annum.
