Reviews of Albertina Nigeria Limited - Enugu

Please I want to express my experience with the Albertina branch in Uwani Zik Avenue Enugu. I went there on Thursday 11 March 2021 for an enquiry about 3 drawers safe and what was in their price list was #387,000. On Monday 15 March I was given the money by my office to get the safe. As I was paying to the cashier the manager went to the price list they pasted for the customer and changed the price to #450,000 and came to to where cashier was counting the money I paid and told them to return my money to me that the price has changed. It was a traumatic experience. How will I explain to my boss that sent me. After given me the money I now went back to tell my story to my boss and for me to be on a safer side I called to ask if the balance should be given to them by cheque and they said yes and gave me the name that we should put on the cheque. On Tuesday 16 March I went there with the cheque only for them to tell me that they don't accept cheque. I collected their account number and went to the bank and paid the money to complete it #450,000 their new price only for them to be arguing whether to give me evidence of payment or to give me my cash of #400,000 when the Zenith bank confirmed #50,000 then I will come back with the cash. But after said and done they came with conclusion to give me receipt. I enter into another stage which is to bring the safe to my office and they told me that they will not collect less than. #15,000 if their vehicle brings it to my office only for those that bring it to my office will take that #15k. I have paid them but the safe is still with them. Please I want the company to speak to them. I don't know how I will buy good of 450,000 and I will be charged extra money to bring it to me after increasing the money when I was paying for the good. And also that manager there need to be call to order so that he knows how to treat customers. Honestly I am not happy on how I was treated there. Thank you
