November 2018: I needed a Dubai visa and ticket on a ridiculously tight schedule. In less than two days or so. Personally I was worried about the time constraints and also the increase in flight fares. iCarrygo not only dispelled my worries, they magically got me a cheap flight on the best airline in Africa. Their visa processing is top notch too. I have enjoyed that service many times.

I needed a ticket for a trip to UAE and got scaring and outrageous fares from a couple of Travelling Agencies. While on a searched, I googled for reliable Travels and Tours Companies in Abuja and saw ICARRYGO.COM LTD. Sincerely speaking the reception was hospitable, best fares and courteously seasoned with excellent professional advices I didn't get from other Companies I contacted. This guys are good in what they do...I give it to them.

I consulted them for student Visa application. It was tedious as that application required me traveling to another country to apply. However all through the process right from the application up until the visa was issued, they really were of great help.

Overall, I think it’s a good company with very nice people.

My bosses had to visit the United State of America and the United Kingdom for a conference, while other agents had given me bills of 4.5 and 4.2 million baits as the least cost for Business Class cabin, IcarryGo.com gave us a whooping cheap price of 3.8million which other leading company couldn't give us on Business Class. What's more amazing about this comapany is that they were with us all the way to the Airport check in and arrangements were also made for pick up for my Bosses in the U.K. As included in the 3.8million Naira Bill.. I promise to also use this organization anytime I have a travel locally or internationally. Another amazing thing about them is the customer service professionalism in attending to clients and evaluating alternative routing for efficient cost and effective delivery

I purchased an Air France flight ticket from them, which i didn't use.
I told Icarrygo that i wanted a refund, which they replied me that the ticket was not refundable. I took the liberty of visiting Air France business office in Victoria Island, where i was told that the information i recieved from Icarrygo was false and that the ticket is refundable.
When i told Icarrygo of my findings, they finally agreed that it was refundable and that they would process it.

While i was waiting for the refund, i made an inquiry from Icarrygo on the flight ticket amount for Turkish Airline to Russia for the next day and they told me it would cost me N750,000, which was contrary to what i found out when i contacted Turkish Air booking office, that the official amount was N320,000. It was then i realised that i was dealing with scammers!
Then i decided to buy my ticket directly from the Airline Booking office.

I have been waiting 6 months for Icarrygo to refund me for my Air France ticket as they keep telling me that the airline is yet to refund them. Which i found out that Air France already refunded the ticket amount 2 months ago. When i confronted Icarrygo about my new findings, they told me that my information is correct, but that their accounts department is processing my refund...

Its fake agents like this that make people think twice about buying tickets outside the Airline booking office...
