If you want to ship your item and you have not use fastrax cargo pls try this is the best you can use i have not use them once but more than 5 times there price is so wonderful they will help you in any way you want they are so so realable and understanding,fast and efficient try them and i promise you u can never ever regrate it i am giving it 100% thank you so much fastrax cargo you guys are God sent to my life

This has to be the worst cargo company ever. No regard for human feelings. Customer service is zero. No communication on parcel movement. Just so annoying. Had my parcel missing for weeks by the collecting courier, had to locate myself. When it eventually got to them they did not cargo asap, knowing fully well it had been needed for a while. So unfair in practice and do not think of others. I practically had to beg to have my bill sent. They just do not care!

Be careful and not deceived by what you read on this company's website. I am still waiting for some of my personal items 8 months after sending them. Their customer services is poor as they never keep to promises, do not pick calls and do not reply to emails.
