Estate Agency :We undertake Sales,Purchace, and lettings of different types of property. The sales unit assisy individuals,orgarnisation and corporate bodies to dispose or purchace property. The letting units assist prospective tenants in the sourcing and leasing of all kinds of properties .The units also assist property owners in letting and selection of quality tenants for their vacant properties.

Property Management: involving administration of leases, including specialized services in multi-tenanted (high rise) buildings as well as general property maintenance. There is a large property management portfolio in the practice of the firm.
The services we render to clients include:
Selection of tenants for properties
Achieving appropriate rent for the property
Obtaining landlord's approval to let the property to the tenant.

Project Management: which includes coordinating other consultants (Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, etc) activities, construction management? We specialize in Supervision/Coordination of building development on site. Handling building contracts from concept design to completion or handing over to reputable firms at clients’ requests.
