Management reasoning is base on the 48 rules/laws of power.

I humbly had to tender my resignation with immediate effect from 23rd December 2021 for the following reasons.
. The organization is run with the mentality of the 48 rules of power, which is staff extortion based instead of management principled based, which is staff and company mutual growth based.
. The organization does not hold the future for its staff growth and development, however expects the best of the staff performance for its (company) self-centered growth.
. The organization delights pleasure to see its staff suffer both emotionally, mentally and socially by its disguise designed to fail traps through staff JD in its(company) bid to entrapped the staff into continuously increasing debit, so as to enslave the staff there-after in a disguise "mortgage" of staff freedom.
. The organization is designed to ruin / distort professional growth and development of unsuspecting members of the public in a disguised manner.
. The organization is designed against safety compliance , however trickily impose the cost of damages to its staff in form of debits.

Kindly note that my November salary and other trickily deducted allowances are yet to be paid to me. Bearing in mind that Record speaks for itself,

Is a scam environment,where your salary will be taking from you in the name of debit, regardless of how careful you may be in carrying out your duty(if need be, her mgt will find way to borrow debit from anywhere in the system to impose on her staff)
An environment that deny her staff the prospect to grow in anyway or form.
A disguised environment for mortgaging staff future as in modern time slavery.
Has the extreme high rate of staff exit.
Structured JD in a way that staff has to fail professionally.
