They are a very reliable company, if you really know about travels you will know must of these problems come from the airlines and their customers reps are always helpful, their affiliate manager is a great guy and a good listener, overall they are the best online agency, try wakanow and you will realise this. Customer Service is really terrible. I have been trying to get a refund from them, I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to process. This is the sixth month now, no refund. They don't respond to emails and their phone numbers never connect. You are better off dealing with the airlines directly.
