I had a POS transaction with your branch for drugs I purchased on 9th February 2022. I got 2 debits for 14,400. I have been to the bank more than 4 times and also to your branch like 4 times. I am very dissatisfied with the service. Your staff especially your accountant has not been able to rectify this issue. Instead they keep sending me to talk to their bank which is very unprofessional. Kindly refund my money to me. I’m tired of calling for this issue. It’s more than a month.

I just left the pharmacy about an hour ago. I was very weak and wanted medication. The attendant/pharmacist (she was wearing a white overall and blonde hair) prescribed 2 medication for me. She used the first POS and said the transaction was declined, unfortunately for me I did not collect the slip(as I said I was very weak and had lost some sense of coordination), she quickly put it away(she must think she's smart!). She's just a petty thief.

She went ahead and did a transaction, this time around it was 18,000 instead of 1,800. I alerted her and she said it was a mistake. Just for me to get home and to check my account balance and I noticed about N7-8,000 was taken from my account. I know exactly what I am saying. I would have gone back to the pharmacy tonight but I am so weak and dehydrated. But I will go there tomorrow 17th November 2021 to issue a complain to the manager. I know exactly what I am saying and I will not let this go down. I can imagine how many other I'll people have been cheated just because they were in a vulnerable state.

I would expect a company as reputable as Hmedix to employed well grounded people in management as their manager...I'm here to report the manager of Gimbiya branch (Mr Ntsia) about his in professional and bad behaviour...I don't if that guy even have the required skills to be called the manager the first place....I'm calling on the CEO of Hmedix to do something about his unprofessional attitude
