Please assist me on whether you can consider discussing the following procedures. I am 61 and had a vasectomy 29 years ago. I did not preserve any sperm at that time and now wish to see if it is possible I can father a child. I understand that at my age a vasectomy reversal can result in many complications. I wish to know whether you consider discussing the following procedure with me.

"It is highly possible that you have heard of a technique called sperm retrieval and Intra-Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)" Having retrieved and tested the sperm it is then fed using IVF into the lady.

Please advise if this is a procedure that you can handle and if so I would like to mae an appointment to discuss further.
