1. Before painting we carry out professional services on your building in removal of looses, peelings and flaky paint by scraping, screeding and brushing.
2. Apply a recommended primer.
3. Add recommended paint.
4. We carry out cleaning in order to remove any drips or spills as a result of our services rendered from our client’s property at the end of the contract.
5. Fill all open joints with fillers.
6. We also visit our client’s buildings every two (2) months that we have carried out our painting service on, for maintenance work without any workmanship. This is to ensure mutual relationship between our company and our clients.
